France Strikes

DUNKIRK
no strike notice, all different terminals in Dunkirk working normaly

LE HAVRE
TOTAL refinery + Total Petrochemical  strike extended untill undetermined period !!!
CIM still on strike , we fear extension , we shud have some news early afternoon today may 30th
(we understand crude and jet are being pumped to Exxon PJ and to Paris airports) possible LE HAVRE port staff manoeuvring locks and bridges and dockers likely to be on strike thursday june 2nd for 24 hrs

PORT JEROME
no strike / Exxon refinery seems to be receiving crude fm CIM despite the strike

ROUEN
Port of ROUEN is operating normally for all liquid traffics.
Liquid terminals are operating as usual.

BREST
port /stock Brest terminal working normaly / no strike

LORIENT
In Lorient Port, for time being, Oil terminal is receiving products without any delays and / or limitation.
for next week-ends, strike notice from the tug company for the 2nd tug, which may delay the berthing of the vessels with LOA > 140 m ONLY during the week-ends.
There is a stevedores strike notice for the 02/06/16.
No loading / discharging ops may be performed by stevedores during this period.

DONGES
For Total Donges Terminal
No discharging/loading ops until further notice
No truck loading any cargo fm terminal
Towage strike fm 02/06 0900 to 03/06 0900

For Donges Arceau/Siplec
No discharging/loading ops until further notice
Loading by truck resumed at this stage
Towage strike fm 02/06 0900 to 03/06 0900

For St Nazaire /Montoir MLQ / TAA/TCH)TMDC
Towage strike fm 02/06 0900 to 03/06 0900

For Nantes
Towage strike fm 02/06 0900 to 03/06 0900

LA PALLICE
LIQUIDS / just back to normal

PORT BLOCUS BY DOCKERS JUST LIFTED
SO TANKERS OPERATIONS back to normal since today 27th 1200 hrs

BORDEAUX
at present moment Port of Bordeaux operating normally for all liquid traffics (CPP/DPP/Gas)
All depots operating normally.

FOS/LAVERA
Strike is still affecting the following Terminals :
–       Petroleum Terminal of Fos and Lavera (Fluxel)
–       Kemone plant in Port Saint Louis
–       GDF gas plant in Fos sur Mer
Situation should remain unchanged until tomorrow morning may 31st (new meeting should be held) without guarantee that people will go back to work at the end of the meeting
Unions have called for a new strike on Thursday 02nd of June, tug company and port workers should go on strike for 24 hours.
