According to announcement of Kiel-Canal authority one big new lock chamber at Brunsbuettel-locks is closed now until most probably this Friday (25th) pm due to maintenance works – during this time only one big lock chamber (and both old locks) will be in operation.
Moreover one big new lock chamber at Kiel-Holtenau-locks will be closed on Thursday (24th) / Monday (28th) / Tuesday (29th) from 09-15:00 hrs. each day for the same reason – at this time only one big lock chamber will be in operation at Kiel.
Until now no significant waiting times at Kiel-Canal.
