Hazardous Weather Outlook

A trough of low pressure over the Midwest this morning will track into the Northeast region later this afternoon and evening. Additional ice and snow accumulations are forecast for portions of Upper New England while scattered showers should be prevalent across the Eastern Seaboard. Strong to marginally severe thunderstorm activity will be possible along the Mid-Atlantic Coast and ahead of an eastward moving cold front. Elsewhere, high pressure will build into the Central US with minimal impacts.
