Day 1 – Catastrophic flooding will continue across portions of southeast Texas including Houston. The risk of flash flooding will also extend farther east into the central Gulf Coast. Isolated tornadoes remain possible. Elsewhere, heavy rain is also possible near the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
Day 2 – The threat of heavy rain and flooding associated with Harvey will expand farther north and east. Flood potential will span from Arkansas and Tennessee southward towards the Gulf Coast.
