Day 1 – Excessive rainfall including life-threatening flash flooding will continue across portions of the South as Harvey moves inland. There is also a risk for isolated tornadoes. Elsewhere, a very marginal threat of strong storms exists across the western High Plains.
Day 2 – Excessive rainfall and strong to severe thunderstorms will continue across the Southeast US as the remnants of Harvey move northeastward.
