Please be advised that since 16.04.2018 ice restrictions for the
vessels without ice class are lifted in Primorsk port, following
restrictions are still in force until further notice:
– vessels without ice class – are allowed to navigate in ice under icebreakers assistance only;
– vessels having ice class (Ice 1 / 1D or higher) – are allowed to navigate in ice by own power following icebreakers permission/recommendations or assistance;
– tug + barge tandems are still not allowed to navigate in ice.
