All business is undertaken subject to the latest version of the standard trading conditions of our UK trade associations (as appropriate), which restrict liability and include a jurisdiction agreement.

For freight forwarding services provided from 1 January 2026, please refer to the British International Freight Association (BIFA) standard trading terms.

For freight forwarding services provided until 31 December 2025, please refer to the British International Freight Association (BIFA) standard trading terms for England, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. In relation to Gibraltar, the England version shall apply.
